You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe and confirmed delivery of returned products.
